Reliable water quality was established from the start for this new construction home by addressing private well conditions before move-in. The property had elevated iron and high hardness, requiring treatment that could deliver consistent results without adding unnecessary complexity or cost. Working directly with both the builder and the homeowner, an economical and effective solution was selected to meet those needs. A standard 10-inch aeration iron filter was installed to remove iron from the well water, paired with a Kinetico Powerline Pro softener to manage hardness throughout the home. This project was completed at a new residence on Saddle Horse Lane in Richfield, Wisconsin, ensuring clean, softened water from day one.
