Water Doctors is growing, and we are looking for a Wisconsin licensed plumber to join our team.
This is not traditional dirty plumbing work, and it is not the kind of job where you are constantly on call, working nights, or losing your weekends. Our plumbers install and repair water softeners, water heaters, and related water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers.
You will work directly with customers, solve real water problems, and be part of a locally owned company that values doing the job right.

What You’ll Do
- Install and repair water softeners
- Install and repair water heaters
- Perform residential and commercial service work
- Diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Represent Water Doctors professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Must be a Wisconsin licensed plumber, or be able to obtain a license within 90 days of hire
- Accepted licenses include Journeyman, Journeyman Restricted, Master, Master Restricted Appliance, or another qualifying Wisconsin plumbing license
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Enjoy working with people
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and willing to keep learning
