Are you looking for a rewarding career with a family-friendly atmosphere and a collaborative team working environment? Become our next water expert and enjoy a fulfilling career with Water Doctors. We invest in your growth and development every day as a valued member of our Water Doctors Family.
As part of our dedicated team, you will benefit from:
Join us and thrive in a supportive environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Join a locally owned company where your work matters.
Water Doctors is growing, and we are looking for a Wisconsin licensed plumber to join our team.
This is not traditional dirty plumbing work, and it is not the kind of job where you are constantly on call, working nights, or losing your weekends. Our plumbers install and repair water softeners, water heaters, and related water treatment equipment for residential and commercial customers.
You will work directly with customers, solve real water problems, and be part of a locally owned company that values doing the job right.
Why this role is different
At Water Doctors, you are not just another number on a large crew. You are part of a team that depends on your skill, judgment, and professionalism.
We provide stocked trucks, field support, training, and a steady schedule so you can do good work without the constant grind that comes with many plumbing jobs.

Who This Is a Good Fit For
This role is a good fit for a licensed plumber who wants steady work, a better schedule, and a cleaner type of plumbing position. If you like solving problems, working with customers, and being part of a company where your work is noticed, this could be a strong fit.
At Water Doctors, we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of skilled trades professionals. As long-time members of the Metropolitan Builders Association and partners of the Home Building Trades Foundation, we take pride in our active participation in their Annual Career Day event. Each year, we introduce more than 500 students to the exciting world of trades.
Our commitment to the trades is driven by a critical industry need: for every five skilled trades professionals who retire, only one new professional enters the field. This gap highlights the importance of our efforts to inspire and educate the next generation.
Whether you aspire to be a future plumber, service technician, sales professional, or pursue other career paths within the trades, our commitment is to excellence every day. Join us and be a part of a team that values growth, learning, and professional development.
