New Construction solution on Baltic Pass

Reliable, properly treated water was established from the start for this new construction home by addressing private well conditions during the build. Water testing confirmed both iron contamination and high hardness, requiring a solution designed specifically for the home’s size and usage. Working closely with the builder and homeowner, a treatment plan was developed that balanced performance and budget while fully resolving the water issues. A Drop Connect 10-inch iron filter with integrated leak detection, flow monitoring, and protection was installed to handle iron in all working water. A correctly sized Kinetico Powerline Pro softener was then added to manage hardness throughout the home. This project was completed at a residence on Baltic Pass in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, ensuring dependable water quality from day one.
