High-quality drinking and cooking water was added to this private well home without changing the existing whole-house treatment systems. While the well water was already being treated for general household use with equipment that was functioning properly, the homeowner wanted a dedicated solution to improve water used for drinking and cooking. To meet that need, a Kinetico K5 reverse osmosis system was installed to provide advanced filtration at the point of use. This project was completed at a residence on Baas Drive in New Berlin, Wisconsin, giving the household consistent access to clean, great-tasting water for food preparation and daily consumption while keeping the existing working water treatment equipment in place.
