| Bob, John and I were happy to receive your email. In fact, we were going to call you and tell you how please we were but you beat us to it! We are thrilled with the water system. First of all, John (our salesperson) did a great job as well as Aaron (I wasn't here but I think that's what his name was.) We had an install that wasn't "clean and easy" due to a finished basement ceiling but everything went smoothly and we are very happy. John was very professional and spent a lot of time with us going through the whole system. This wasn't one of the projects that we had intended to do this year but our water quality was so bad - even with the connection to "Milwaukee water" -- that we knew we had to do something! The first load of dishes done in our dishwasher was proof positive that we made the right decision. When John (your salesperson) arrived at our house, the first thing I did was show him the very cloudy glasses in our kitchen. I was so embarrassed for anyone to even see these let alone use them. The minute I opened the dishwasher after the doing the first load after the softener was installed --- WOW. I couldn't believe these were the same glasses. The cloudiness was absolutely GONE!!! The glasses were crystal clear. I still can't believe it. We are very pleased how well things went through the whole process. Be sure to use us as a reference. Jan |
