We took awhile to decide and Mark continued to stay in contact and showed patience while we decided.  Also, Dean Roberts hooked up the Kinetico and he was also exceptional, did an excellent job per my husband and just like Mark had an excellent professional and friendly attitude.  I will definitely recommend your product and service!!
