 Dear DR. BOB, I am writing to let you know how pleased and even excited my wife and I are with the Kinetico Water system! When we first moved to Wisconsin and purchased our new home we heard your ads with Wayne Larrivee and knew right away THIS was the system for us. We could not be more pleased! Not only are we enjoying the softest water you can imagine, but we also purchased one of your reverse osmosis systems for drinking water and have found it is FAR superior even to the bottled water we had been paying literally thousands of dollars a year to buy when you figure up all the individual bottles we purchased! The end result of all this is not only are our dishes cleaner, our clothes fresher and our bodies silky clean (you really CAN feel it!), but our coffee and tea tastes better than even the ‘expensive’ stuff you buy at your corner café. Clean, soft water really DOES make a difference! Your ads highlight the fact that your system uses no electricity and less salt. That’s fine but take it from me the most impressive feature to my wife is the fact that we use less soap than ever and still get sterling results and our dishes come right out of the dishwasher looking spotless and squeaky clean every time, something that NEVER happened before we discovered the Kinetico system and the Water Doctors! I cannot say enough about the system and how well it has worked for this family. I heartily endorse it! In fact even more than that I strongly recommend it to everyone I meet!
