I really need to let you know I am so happy I choose to put in the Kinetico water system in my home. It seems like I never have to fill this new system salt, unlike the old one which was using several bags of
salt every 5-7 weeks. The drinking water is so clear and clean. I love it. Keep up the great job on your customer service also.

We took awhile to decide and Mark continued to stay in contact and showed patience while we decided. Also, Dean Roberts hooked up the Kinetico and he was also exceptional, did an excellent job per my husband and just like Mark had an excellent professional and friendly attitude. Bob, John and I were happy to receive your email. In fact, we were going to call you and tell you how please we were but you beat us to it! We are thrilled with the water system. First of all, John (our salesperson) did a great job as well as Aaron (I wasn't here but I think that's what his name was.) We had an install that wasn't "clean and easy" due to a finished basement ceiling but everything went smoothly and we are very happy. John was very professional and spent a lot of time with us going through the whole system. This wasn't one of the projects that we had intended to do this year but our water quality was so bad - even with the connection to "Milwaukee water" -- that we knew we had to do something! The first load of dishes done in our dishwasher was proof positive that we made the right decision. When John (your salesperson) arrived at our house, the first thing I did was show him the very cloudy glasses in our kitchen. I was so embarrassed for anyone to even see these let alone use them. The minute I opened the dishwasher after the doing the first load after the softener was installed --- WOW. I couldn't believe these were the same glasses. The cloudiness was absolutely GONE!!! The glasses were crystal clear. I still can't believe it. We are very pleased how well things went through the whole process. Be sure to use us as a reference. Jan

I first bought my Kinetico Water System in 1984. The Kinetico works on amount of water used not a clock or electricity I had kids still at home but knew they wouldn't be there forever and wanted a system that wouldn't have a lot of work involved in maintaining the system. Over the next 23 years I only had 1 service call. In 2007 I moved to a condo and the first thing I did was buy a new Kinetico Water System. I love your system because of the simplicity and low amount of salt need to run the system. In my book there is no other system that can beat a Kinetico. Sharon Larsen

He was here to do nothing, but his job. He is a very hard and dedicated worker. You are truly blessed to have him as your employee. And...John, he ROCKS!! I must tell you that I played phone tag with him several times before he actually came out to the house. But, it was a fun phone tag. He is a very professional salesman. In fact...I really thought he was the owner until the day he came out to our house. I think he had been here for several hours before I found out he was not the owner, but a salesman. Elizabeth Kay My husband and I love our Kinetico water system. Not only is it easy to maintain - we have noticed there is never any leftover residue or cloudiness on our drinking glasses.

And our ice cubes are as clear as glass. We had company over who thought the ice cubes were fake they were so clear!

Dr. Bob has consistantly followed up with us to make sure our needs are met and believe me, having a Kinetico water system has far exceeded all of our expectations.
