I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the installation of the Kinetico drinking water system.ð Jeff did a great job.ð He did things the right way rather than the easy way - this is a concept that seems to escape most trades people that I have worked with. The water line was run very neatly along with the existing water lines in the house. He installed the line for the ice maker through the shutoff box in the wall even though it would have been easier to just punch a hole in the floor. It would have been easy to just let the drain line run across the floor 6 feet to the floor drain, but instead it was run up and over and connected to the drain on the water softener.ð At first look, I couldn't even find it. I met Jeff when he arrived, but I had to return to work before he finished - please pass along my thanks to him for a very nice installation.

Cindy and I couldn't be more pleased with our purchase of the Kinetico softener and reverse osmosis water systems. Your installation team was on time and their work professional. Our drinking water is now crystal clear, my coffee tastes better and the coffee machine is free of deposits. We're no longer awakened at 2AM to hear the softener recycle for thirty minutes, and the reduction in softener salt consumption is amazing. I actually put a mark on the inside wall of the salt tank to prove to myself the salt level was going down! You, your team, and your products have delivered on your promises. Thanks again.

What an unbelievable difference. After many months of poor service, bad water and disinterested personnel from that "big" company in town, we decided to change to the Kinetico system. Our water is great!! But more impressive is the way your water consultant Bob Nold took the time to educate us on all the products available and never once in the two hours that we needed to decide ever pressured us for a decision. Equally has impressive, was our installer from the Water Doctors. Tom Kafer was courteous, neat and accommodated our request to locate the equipment out of the way. He even figured out a way to put our salt tank in a closet, so as to leave more space in our laundry room. We couldn't even get a call back from the other company and then to have such a great experience with Water Doctors was a pleasure. We will recommend you to everyone.

First and foremost I wanted to say that my water is WONDERFUL!  Having a well at my Germantown home and not ever really knowing if my water has any contaminants wasn’t something I gave much thought to.  It always looked good.  Since I have had my Water softener and drinking/Ice maker water installed by Water Doctors I have confidence that my water is healthy for my family and my dogs.  My Ice cubes are crystal clear!  My dogs prefer the water inside rather the water in the dish outside.

The scheduling and installation was without any complications.  Just a wonderful experience all the way around.

I want to thank you to your staff for my new Kinetico Water system. I don't know why it took me so long to ge this, but am very happy now that I have it.

Your staff was wonderful to work with. Not only did Bob Moss answer my questions and make sure the process was easy, but Scott had the system installed in the time he promised. This is important to me because I'm in sales and can't be home waiting for hours for workers to show up.

Not only does my water taste better, but my dogs like it as they drink more. My ice cubes are clear and I can tell the difference. Thanks so much for educating me and helping me to "see the light." The best part of all was the ease of installation. It barely took any of my time and that was a HUGE benefit for me.

Seriously....I absolutely LOVE Kinetico water and I'm MORE than happy to promote it for you.

I have to tell you...and I hope you'll pass this on to your customers who have dogs and/or cats:

Carrie Marble, owner of the Bark & Scratch outpost, says that her NUMBER ONE RECOMMENDATION TO HER CUSTOMERS FOR VIRTUALLY ANY PROBLEM THEY'RE HAVING WITH THEIR DOG OR CAT IS TO FIRST HAVE THEM SWITCH FROM TAP WATER TO HIGH-QUALITY PURIFIED WATER!!  From all of her studying and research, Carrie is convinced that pets are much healthier, happier and look much better if they're drinking water that has impurities, bacteria and chemicals removed from it.

Thanks in large part to Carrie's great advice on what food to feed them, my animals are all pretty healthy, but I can tell you that there's a marked difference in how good their coats look and how much less they shed when they're drinking Kinetico water vs. tap water.  And - based on everything I've learned, I now consider Kinetico water as part of my pets' "preventative medicine" diet.  With that said, I can't think of a better name for your service than "Water Doctors."
