I first met Bob Richter, owner of Water Doctors, at a business function. When I began telling about a home I had purchased he not only remembered the name of the previous owner and the model of the Kinetico water conditioner, but also the color of the house from nearly 20 years ago. Sure enough, I looked at the conditioner and found the Water Doctors logo attached. Although the water is extremely soft, I talked to Bob about a drinking water system to improve the taste and quality. I am writing to thank you and your staff for a wonderful second experience with Water Doctors. My wife and I recently moved, and left behind an Iron Curtain that we purchased from Water Doctors a few years ago. The new homeowners were thrilled to have it, and we were sad to leave it. On the plus side, we were able to use your team to install a Kinetico water softener and filtration system in our new house. We Love It!!

We have now had the system in place for about a month, and the entire process has been a blessing. I just want to let you know what an outstanding job that Dean did in putting in our new hot water heater, Kinetico water softener, and drinking water system. He was very conscientious in bringing all of the equipment into the house and cleaning up afterwards. He also took time to explain what the equipment was for and how to shut off the system if there was ever any need to do so. He took his time and did a quality installation-something that you just do not see very much anymore. We really appreciate his quality work. My husband and I have had a Kinetico Water System (whole house filtration and Reverse Osmosis System) in our homes for the last 15 years.ð When we moved to Wisconsin from Michigan last summer, our new home came with a water softening system from the other guys.ð We thought there wouldn't be a difference, but boy were we wrong.ð We found that our dishes and glasses from the dishwasher were cloudy, there was white crusty lime build-up around our faucets and the unit was far from quiet.ðð Since our home was still for sale in MI, my husband actually drove back to Michigan to switch out the system that was in our house and brought back our Kinetico System.ðð There's nothing like The Kinetico System and RO system.ð It's quiet, efficient and the RO water tastes better than anything I've ever had.ð I would definitely recommend Water Doctors and Kinetico Water Systems for all your water needs.

Normally I don't take the time to write letters like this, but this is an exception. The service and value we have received from our new Kinetico water system and RO drinking water system has been phenomenal. Dishes that were milky white from mineral deposits come cleaner and shinier with every washing.ð My silverware sparkles again.ð I donít have to clean off pots and pans or my dishes.ð It uses so little soap to clean so well. Even our clothes seem brighter and cleaner. The whole reason I even inquired about the Kinetico system was because my husband had installed a new dishwasher with a stainless steel interior.ð After a few weeks on our regular water, the inside was turning white. Because of your commercials on "The Fish", I called Water Doctors.ð I picked your company over your competition, because of mainly one thing.ð Mike Murphy gave me the feeling that we would receive great customer service along with a top-notch product.ð I was absolutely correct in my thinking. There were a few glitches that had to be worked out, but they were taken care of the day I called about them.ð My husband was even impressed. I could go on and on, but I just wanted to let you know you're everything I could hope for in a company and product.ð Keep up the great work.
