As you know, Kinetico has been selected as the Water Softener for all of our County's Buildings. Since we have made the switch to the Kinetico, we have had few issues in regards to their performance. One of the largest issues we had with the other "electrically operated" units was that the cost of the repairs, were expensive and not always successful. I wanted to send a personal thank you for the service that we have received from Water Doctors. We attended your tent event at Home Depot this weekend and were very impressed with the quality of your product and the knowledgeable sales staff. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to help/clarify any of our questions or concerns. They even attempted to schedule our install that very day!

We have been anxiously awaiting the system install today - Dean arrived on time and was incredibly curtious. We have had a number of services done within our home and I can say uniquiviably that we have never received the quality of service the we received this morning. Dean was very polite, professional, and provided us with outstanding service. He throughly explained all of the features of our system - and was very patient with a 3 year old that had a million and one questions for him:) Bottom line Dean was phenomenal - he is a great asset to Water Doctors - and will definitely lead us to recommend Water Doctors to everyone!

My husband and I love our Kinetico water system. Not only is it easy to maintain - we have noticed there is never any leftover residue or cloudiness on our drinking glasses.

And our ice cubes are as clear as glass. We had company over who thought the ice cubes were fake they were so clear.

Dr. Bob has consistently followed up with us to make sure our needs are met and believe me, having a Kinetico water system has far exceeded all of our expectations.

I just wanted to let you know how extremely pleased we are with our new water system! Aaron did an excellent job with the installation! He was here to do nothing, but his job. He is a very hard and dedicated worker. And...John, he ROCKS!! I must tell you that I played phone tag with him several times before he actually came out to the house. But, it was a fun phone tag. He is a very professional salesman. In fact...I really thought he was the owner until the day he came out to our house. I think he had been here for several hours before I found out he was not the owner, but a salesman. He never pushed us into your product, which is something that really pleased us.

I first bought my Kinetico Water System in 1984. The Kinetico works on amount of water used not a clock or electricity. I had kids still at home but knew they wouldn't be there forever and wanted a system that wouldn't have a lot of work involved in maintaining the system. Over the next 23 years I only had 1 service call. In 2007, I moved to a condo and the first thing I did was buy a new Kinetico Water System. I love your system because of the simplicity and low amount of salt need to run the system. In my book there is no other system that can beat a Kinetico.

We are thrilled with the water system. We had an install that wasn't "clean and easy" due to a finished basement ceiling but everything went smoothly and we are very happy. John was very professional and spent a lot of time with us going through the whole system. This wasn't one of the projects that we had intended to do this year, but our water quality was so bad - even with the connection to "Milwaukee water" –– that we knew we had to do something! The first load of dishes done in our dishwasher was proof positive that we made the right decision.

Hey Dr. Bob,

I really need to let you know I am so happy I chose to put in the Kinetico water system in my home. It seems like I never have to fill this new system with salt, unlike the old one which was using several bags of salt every 5-7 weeks. The drinking water is so clear and clean. I love it. Keep up the great job on your customer service also.
