When we first moved to Wisconsin and purchased our new home we heard your ads with Wayne Larrivee and knew right away THIS was the system for us. We could not be more pleased! Not only are we enjoying the softest water you can imagine, but we also purchased one of your reverse osmosis systems for drinking water and have found it is FAR superior even to the bottled water we had been paying literally thousands of dollars a year to buy when you figure up all the individual bottles we purchased! The end result of all this is not only are our dishes cleaner, our clothes fresher and our bodies silky clean (you really CAN feel it!), but our coffee and tea tastes better than even the ‘expensive’ stuff you buy at your corner café. Clean, soft water really DOES make a difference! Your ads highlight the fact that your system uses no electricity and less salt. That’s fine but take it from me the most impressive feature to my wife is the fact that we use less soap than ever and still get sterling results and our dishes come right out of the dishwasher looking spotless and squeaky clean every time, something that NEVER happened before we discovered the Kinetico system and the Water Doctors! I bought a new home in 2004. The first thing I put in was a new Kinetico home water system that included drinking water. In a household of two people it took nearly three years to go through a tank of salt. When I sold the home in 2008 The Kintetico system was a big selling point. I was so proud of having Kinetico I put pictures of the system in the real estate ad. In my opinion you will get back what you put into this system when you sell your house. Dr. Bob made sure I understood completely how the system worked and is always available to service his customers.

I am a resident and the current President of the Wyndwood Condominium Association. Last year, we decided to seek alternatives for the rental water conditioning program provided by competitors due to the expense, the quality of service and the general lack of response regarding our needs. We can all agree that no matter what your field, technology is affecting all that we do. For years I had the standard electric water softening system. Never quite understanding just exactly how they worked, I apparently accepted the water quality they produced. Not any more. I have installed the non-electric Kinetico water conditioner in my home.
