Bob Richter has been an advocate of water treatment personnel certification, product testing and registration and Wisconsin Department of Plumbing licensing and regulation. Richter is a Certified Water Specialist, State of Wisconsin Licensed Master Plumber and a Member of the Wisconsin Water Quality Association serving as a Board Member since 1992 and served as President in 2005 and was past President from 1994 through 1996 and served as President in 2005 and 2006.
